Global Support Associate

We are looking for a Global Support Associate to resolve customer queries and drive product usage. As a Global Support Associate at Knowcross, you will answer customer queries and help them with their guest services and operations.

What will you do?

• Address customer queries via phone calls and/or emails.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 and/or Level 2 support requests.
• Perform tests to isolate source of issues.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure customer queries are resolved within Knowcross’ SLAs.
• Proactively conduct customer account reviews to review service needs and usage trends.

What are we looking for?

• A smiling face, engaging personality and passion for customer service.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Strong problem solving and consultative skills.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology.
• 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role.
• B Tech or Hotel Management Education desired. Graduation in any discipline mandatory.
