1. Senior Trainer
- Reporting to:
Vice President: Client Services
- Role:
Deliver the ‘TRITON promise’ to hotel customers around the world. Ensure success of every installation – from planning the project to the follow up after the system is up and running. - Add. Responsibilities:
Project planning and scheduling
- Training the General Manager and direct reports
- Supervise and train the line staff in all the user departments.
Address the employee needs - Understand the client processes and ensuring that TRITON fits in seamlessly
- Work closely with the clients and meet their expectations
- Rapport Building with the Client Management and staff
- Experience:
5+ years in an operating role with a leading upscale hotel. Cross department experience with good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance and front office operations. Non Hotel Background candidates can also apply. - Qualification:
5+ year diploma in Hotel Management OR hospitality industry OR a university degree .In depth knowledge of a leading PMS such as Fidelio, Opera, HIS, Galaxy, and others will be a plus. - Personal Attributes:
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills Optimistic attitude blended with confidence (preferred) In-depth knowledge of hotel operations & well versed with Property Management - Compensation:
At par with the Industry standards Extensive travel all over the world. Project durations are one week to two weeks.

2. Assistant Trainer
- Role:
Work closely with the Senior Trainers to train TRITON customers all over the world. Maintain regular contact with customers and assist them when required. Actively involved in product development and design of new products for the hotel industry. - Reporting Manager:
Vice President: Client Services
- Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Trainers with project planning
- Train clients at sites
- Collect and maintain the client details
- Optimize TRITON configuration for each client
- Liaison between the client and the technical team
- Provide user assistance on configuration issues
- Be innovative to ensure effective usage of TRITON
- Experience:
3+ years in an operating role. Cross department experience with good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance and front office operations. Hands on experience in the hotel industry will be an added plus - Qualification:
3 year diploma in Hotel Management OR hospitality industry OR a university degree - Personal Attributes:
The candidate should possess excellent Communication & Presentation skills Optimistic attitude blended with confidence is preferred An in-depth knowledge of hotel operations will be an added advantage
