Dialogic (I.V.R.) Card Intel Dialogic D/4 PCIUF Provide details of exact model procured. Analogue Telephone Lines Analogue telephone lines with one hunting number that is easily memorized. The lines will be required at the location of the Server. 4 lines required per Dialogic Card. Need to ensure that there is automatic conversion into DTMF signaling for calls being made to the hunting line, irrespective of the handset/line (analog or digital) being used for making the call. Protocol configured to dial the six digit IVR PIN number from non analog or digital phones. G.S.M Modem for SMS Messaging Nokia 30/32 (if using SMS messaging on GSM Mobiles). Mobile SIM Card Standard GSM SIM card with active subscription & a capability to send SMS messages, ideally this should be a part of the hotels CUG network. Please ensure that the calling plan for this is a post pay plan such that it covers the costs for sending SMS messages. (if using SMS messaging on GSM Mobiles) Web SMS Knowcross can send the SMS using its own messaging infrastructure. This will require internet access for Triton Server machine. Paging Encoder Motorola, Zetron or any other similar paging system that supports TAP Protocol version 1.8 and has an available port for TRITON to connect with.(if using pagers for messaging) Pagers Alphanumeric pagers that must be compatible with the paging system. Pagers with larger displays and memory sizes are preferred. Number of pagers should be calculated on the basis of the maximum number of staff to whom jobs are assigned at any one time plus the number of managers who will be messaged through pagers. (if using pagers for messaging) Serial Cable for paging encoder. Serial cable to connect to encoder as per the any one following connections specs (RS232 connection):
