Knowcross debuts at HITEC 2007 with TRITON Multingual and BlackBerry™
Knowcross enjoyed an overwhelming response on its debut at The Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) held annually (This year held in Orlando, USA), the Mecca to showcase the latest products and services for over 300 companies worldwide.

We demonstrated the latest version of TRITON – totally multilingual, our flagship guest services software, with our just released BlackBerry™ Mobile module. We shared the secret behind how some of the leading hotels chains like Hyatt, Le Meridian, Intercontinental, Kempinski and Oberoi are mobile-enabling their workforce to drive higher levels of guest satisfaction.

Full multilingual support which means expatriate hotel managers in China can rest assured that the staff will get messages in simplified Chinese, while the escalations and alerts they would receive will be in English. The second development showcased here was TRITON MOBILE on BlackBerry™ which means managers and supervisors can keep a track of their guests and staff while they are on the move, giving a new dimension to the guest services management.

Furthermore, we showcased our latest offering, HotelEMS. A proactive solution for engineering and equipment management built on the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.
