Sales Director, Americas

We are looking for someone who loves to sell technology products and wants to drive results that significantly impact growth and Knowcross top line! As a Sales Director at Knowcross, Americas, you will possess a demonstrable record of success in exceeding quotas in a complex hospitality technology vertical including finding, developing and closing deals as to your assigned geography and/or named accounts.

What will you do?

• Identify and Strategically Sell to specific personas and decision makers including; C-Level executive, Operations leadership and IT Directors.
• Follow sales process through leveraging sales techniques (Cultivating prospects, PowerPoint/Product demos in person and remote, proposal and contract process and closing the deal)
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Knowcross product platform, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Network with the industry to spread awareness and represent Knowcross effectively at trade show and industry sponsored events.

What are we looking for?

• A smiling face, engaging personality and passion for selling.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in in selling technology solutions in a consultative B2B environment selling SaaS technology, including C-level and complex accounts
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Excellent Business Communication and Negotiation skills
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Demonstrate ability to achieve/exceed quarterly new business sales target
• Act as ambassador of Knowcross brand; Network within the industry to spread awareness and effectively identify hotel’s current operational pains and priorities
